As a result, all the Counties of the Ohio region went under level 3 emergency. But the Lucas County was still on level one till Thursday afternoon. The Sheriff faced several questions regarding this decision and addressed them through social media on Thursday morning.

The conditions of the roads were already very hazardous due to heavy snowfall. Though the snowplows are working at their full potential, the task is challenging. As per the statement of the Lucas County Sheriff, this wind is making it hard for the snowplow drivers to continue their work, and this is the main reason for raising the snow level.
